Our courses help candidates connect these understandings to their conceptions of what education means. In developing this knowledge, courses in the Social Foundations promote core skills of observation, listening, questioning, analysis, and argumentation.

1. MUBIN’S SMARTINSTITUTE /MUBINKHYRDI

Sachar committee report disclosed the reality of Indian Muslims in the field of Education, Economic,and social life. Being the youngest graduate Mubinkhyrdi started his own institute as Mubin’s spoken English in 2007 dated on 11 June for the development of Minority.                  The Mubin’s has become a platform for youth to change their life. If proper guidance with vision and mission we shall provide to the youth of this country then we can easily play our constructive Role for the development of this country and community.

2. EMPOWERING THE MUSLIM GIRL’S EDUCATION.

Empowering the Muslim girl’s education is an utmost need of the hour. Hence Mubin’s rushed towards girls education with his wife. She is also science post graduate both are working for girls education, to open a separate spoken English for girls with hijab. Many Girls have learnt reading writing speaking English at Mubin’s spoken English. we focused for lower income Group Students, hence this year we have gotten success to send four girls in university three for MSC one for M.A. One of our student her father is driverand Mubin’s was guiding Continuously Since Four Years She Got Second Rank in CET and took admission in MSc physics.Another one Student she also belong to Poor family her Father works as a sales man she also got admission in MSC. These are the example which say us commitment brings change in the society by conscious Effort.

3. YOUTH AN ICON OF COMMUNITY

Nation Proud to have youth and community also proud to have youth. The Muslim community problem is that their illiterate youth who work as a labor Technicians Painter welder mechanics they are Skilled youth without Knowing Reading Writing ABCD, Mubin’s focused to this youth community and have started reading and writing classes in the night 8:30 to 11pm. we are very happy to share with all of you that many students learnt abcd reading, writing, then after wrote tenth exam (open School) and got success because of that they are working in gulf and India.One of our student who used to work in the cloth shop after taking admission in Mubin’s then after learnt basic ABCD reading, writing, and appeared for the tenth exam after then took admission in  AutoCAD by the Guidance of Mubin’s career Guidance help.He is working in gulf and earning forty thousand per month in the Gulf. 

4. MUBIN’S CAREER GUIDANCE CENTRE

Planning plays a very vital role to set a goal in the life of any student. Being the regional language student I have faced this problem in the school life. I used to feel lack of guidance in the minority schools. When I wrote the IAS exam then I realized the importance of career Guidance, Goal setting, and many more then after I started FREE CAREER GUIDNCE classes,lectures, in the college and school specially.

                                               Since last ten years I have delivered more than THREE HUNDRED lectures on career Guidance more than twenty thousand students got benefit for their bright future.one of the student father said to Mr Mubinkhyrdi once he had delivered a lecture on career guidance his daughter had attended the lecture, she was studying in tenth standard then only she had decided to become an officer because of that she studying BSc to achieve her dream.

5. FREE ELECTRICAL TRAINING.

Our ex PM and present PM have highlighted the important role of skilled labor in the country. We had started free electrician training Centre on Saturday and Sunday night in 2010 for those active intelligent labor who work in the hotel, as a vendor, shop boy, we want to change them as skilled technician to save them by any kind of economic exploitation or slavery. We are very happy to share you that not only vendor, or illiterate youth taking interest to learn electrical wiring but TENTH failed student are also taking interest to learn it.one student his name is naeem he also learnt and working in the Gulf.

6. MUHAMMAD ALI KHYRDI AWARD FOR STUDENTS.

We are very lucky that we got an opportunity to reward the students since 2010 as a model student of the year. This award function specialty is that we award to those students who belong to illiterate family. Criteria is not highest marks but family background .it is a unique award which appreciate to the struggle for further study.

7. MUBIN KHYRDI AS A RESOURCE PERSON.

The Regional commission of Gulbarga had given an opportunity to Mubinkhyrdi as a Resource person of career Guidance for Hyderabad Karnataka regional educational Board in 2010/11. Muslims and non-Muslims organizations invites to Mubin’s for career Guidance, he has been invited for Teacher skills Development program and has been invited for workshop by government official as Resource person to help teachers . How to develop language skills in government’s schools of remote area. NV society is one of the pioneer society of HK Region have taken the services of Mubin’s for student development in the campus and interview.

8. CHALLENGE TO CHINA.

 It is one of the innovative, revolutionary method of teaching spoken English to nonnative speakers of an English language.in this course we teach spoken English in Three days for those students who study in non-English medium. We had many workshop last year and got a great success specially the MADARSA GURMITKAL it was such a wonderful experiment and workshop. Recently reports have proved that a man can learn any new skills in twenty hours. We also use NLP technique for a good result. Gulshan e Atfaal,Al Hila schools are great example of our successful story. we have an aim to help the students of Urdu,kannada Hindi and other languages students.

9. THE SUCCESS IS COUNT BY ACHIEVEMENTS.

Mubinkhyrdi achieved the state youngest Educationist award in 2016 by Governor Rajasthan at The Lalit Ashok Hotel in Bengaluru.Qamarulislam award in social development has been awarded to Mubinkhyrdi.Social heroes in different fields. Best teacher award. Gulsha E Atfal is one of the famous quality school of minority in HK Region and many other.

Mubinkhyrdi has written a book How to read an English.
